We upcycle 14,000 recycled plastic bottles per roof. We are committed to sustainability which is why our tiles are made of limestone and recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE), a commonly used plastic. Limestone rock is very common and has been used in construction for thousands of years, going back to the Egyptian pyramids and the Greek Parthenon. HDPE has been in use since the 1930’s and is the most common polymer in the world.

PROVEN MATERIALS
Limestone and HDPE have the advantage of being lightweight and moisture resistant. This is ideal for a roofing material and it’s been effective in the roofing industry for decades. However, manufacturing and combining these materials has traditionally been too expensive. Over the past 10+ years our engineers have developed a process that makes the product no more expensive than other composite materials.
